I was reading Tranparent Real Estate and saw a very familiar name, Frances Flynn Thorsen
Pat Kitano makes a very good point that Web 2.0 is the new water cooler.
I remember his original article well.
I followed along to the Trulia post and the one thing that made me feel all warm on the inside was the video welcoming her!
Wouldn't it be great if we welcomed every new hire like this?
