No, I am not really a 17 yr. old gamer. That really is my picture over there ------------->
But a client sent this to me and I thought it was good enough to share with you all.
After all, it's Friday (on the east coast anyway) - loosen up!
So this is a cute little flash game called Mansion Impossible
The object of the game is to buy and sell houses, hopefully making a profit until you can 1031 Exchange them all for the Mansion on the Hill.
(OK, so I made up the 1031 Exchange part)
Get this... The house values go up AND sometimes they go down! How weird is that?
Now don't go and spend all day playing this. Or if you do, don't tell anyone!
Have a very Happy Friday!

That is one addictive game. Could not stop playing. Thanks.
Ok, if I get caught I'm giving your information to my manager!
Hi All:
This is fun and british pounds too. Its like buying houses with cheese or potato salad. Wonder what a flat in downtown London is selling for these days 1.5 mil old English cheddar? Fun, painless and tasty.

This was fun. (after I got the hang of it. I kept underselling myself lol). One of their pop-ups made my system freeze up on me though. I would have been comment 3. Danny, tell your broker you're an independent contractor. You can goof off any time you like. =)
I thought I'd seen it all. I video game for the prospective realtor. :)
You interestingly enough the whole category of 'sim' games afford the opportunity to actually introduce basic concepts and learning of a subject. I can imagine a real estate 'game' that taught the users a lot about situations they might run into and mistakes they might makes (before they make the potentially expensive or career damaging mistake in real life).
Interesting!
games are fun and probably another way to relax some when you have time. I'll try it later on when I can.

On my list to play tomorrow when I'm back at home base - judging by the comments I better set some significant time aside.
I wonder how close this is to the sim game Real Estate Tycoon...
and where am I to find time for games when I'm on here all the time??
Thanks, Mike. I love Internet games. Problem is they are too distracting. And I have limited impulse comtrol.
